Learn to sing in harmony
The choral arrangements are tailored to aid in learning. The level of each singer’s understanding of music, is taken into consideration in the creation of the arrangements.
Learn how to warm up your voice
We learn a four step warm up that gets our voices ready to sing, and our minds ready to perform.
Perform with professional musicians
In the HVC you will be accompanied by pro musicians in concerts and cabarets, whether singing in the group or solo.
Learn to Scat Sing
Through learning to improvise, we train our ears to hear chords and scales, and train our voice how to navigate them.
Learn to read music
Instruction is given on how to read notes and melodies. Sound files are also provided to help in learning your parts.
Learn to control your breath
Learn how to control your breath to and bring out the warmth and resonance in your voice.

Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a free trial period of 14 days. During this period, you will have full access to all of our features and services.
What are the fees?
The fees break down to less than $10 an hour. Contact us to request a registration form.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that not every group is a good fit for every person. You can request a refund within 30 days of signing up. Contact us and we will process your refund.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, or e-transfer
Can I join anytime in the HVC season?
You can join at any point in the season. The later you join, however, the more you will have to catch up in order to participate in concerts.
Can anyone learn to sing?
Yes, with proper guidance and practice.
